3. Items can be reserved with deposit. However, if payment is not made, the item will be released for sale.

4.Deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your reservation or booking. So think before reserving or booking an item. You will only receive your item once FULL PAYMENT has been settled.

6.Kindly provide me the proof of payment and email me your full details.

8. For ready stocks, please allow 2-3 days for your item/s to be shipped.

I get most of my bags at a discounted price from the Outlet and major department stores in USA. So, the bags may have been handled a lot of time at the store. The bag might have very minor scuffs. Please note the bag (especially leather) might not be in 100% perfect condition. If you want 100% perfect bag, please buy personally from Coach Boutique. However, afraid not because so far my items are all in 99.99% good condition. I will not sell defective bag.Thanks :)
